Time coverage for the surveys included (at least since 1st January 2000): Since 2000 for national level surveys. Since 1966 for subnational level surveys.

If time coverage is prior to 01/01/2000, whether the inclusion of surveys prior to that date is comprehensive and exhaustive or includes only a selection of surveys of interest: The subnational level surveys included prior to 2000 are comprehensive and exhaustive.

For national surveys addressed to EMM respondents, whether all surveys irrespective of sample size or only those with sample size 300 or larger have been covered: Very few surveys were addressed to EMM respondents; EMM respondents tended to be included either in proportion to the general population, or as a boost sample to a larger survey. As such, an attempt was made to include all national surveys irrespective of sample size.

For subnational surveys addressed to EMM respondents, whether all surveys irrespective of sample size or only those with sample size 150 or larger have been covered: All surveys irrespective of sample size have been included.

For general population surveys with substantial sub-samples of EMM respondents, which conditions of relevance (see pg.5, section iii) have been used to decide inclusion: The topics were particularly well suited for the study of the integration of EMMs in that country and these surveys included a sizeable number of EMM respondents (even if smaller than 400).
