For general population surveys with substantial sub-samples of EMM respondents, which conditions of relevance (see pg.5, section iii) have been used to decide inclusion: We decided to include one survey conducted on the general population, which also included a sizeable number of EMM respondents, but smaller than 400. The topics of this survey are well suited for the study of EMM integration.
